POLY-Elast PV 180 S4 is a polymer bitumen torch-on membrane. In the build up of the flat roof layers this membrane is used as a waterproof layer on any angle and if used together with other polymer bitumen membranes or bitumen underlay membranes it can be used as a cap sheet.
