ELMO-Flex 4K
Elastic polymer bitumen torch-on membrane
Characteristics and requirements of polymer bitumen torch-on membrane with combined reinforcement as a top layer of roof insulation or as a single layer roof insulation. It also can be used to seal buildings against rising damp and water.
ELMO-Flex 4K is an elastomer polymer bitumen torch-on membrane with a compound reinforcement. It consists of a combination of synthetic, rubber and bitumen with modifying and stabilising additives to ensure a high resilience together with a good recovery after deformation.
Within the flat roof layered system ELMO-Flex 4K is used on any angle as a premium insulation layer. Together with other polymer bitumen membranes or bitumen underlay membranes it mostly serves as a cap sheet according to EN 18531.
Furthermore, ELMO-Flex 4K can serve as a single roof insulation layer on a lightweight roof structure with a slope of at least 2%.
Due to an additional graphite component ELMO-Flex 4K with compound reinforcement possesses fire retardant characteristics that can significantly improve the fire protection requirements.

POLY-Elast Rapid O
Polymer bitumen torch-on membrane
Polymer bitumen torch-on membrane with compound reinforcement as the bottom layer of roof insulation.
POLY-Elast Rapid O with rapid torch-on points on the bottom side is a polymer bitumen torch-on membrane with higher form stability under cyclic temperature change and improved flexibility at low temperatures. In the build up of the flat roof system this membrane is used as a high-quality waterproof layer for the redevelopment or regeneration of roofs or on functional roofs. The rapid torch-on points on the bottom side allow a direction independent vapour pressure equalisation plane.
Due to an additional graphite component POLY-Elast Rapid O with compound reinforcement possesses fire retardant characteristics that can significantly improve the fire protection requirements.

TEK Bitumen Wedge
Trapezium-shaped corner wedge
TEK trapezium-shaped corner wedge is flexible, cold applicable or fusible polymer bitumen moulded part with a trapezium-shaped profile.
TEK trapezium-shaped corner wedge is used for roofs and building insulations where horizontal and vertical building parts or areas meet.
TEK serves as a support and for the proper preparation of transitions between areas with e.g. bitumen and polymer bitumen membranes.
TEK trapezium-shaped corner wedge is flexible and allows for a simple application even on round or not straight-lined transitions. Important for the application is the compatibility with the surface, the heat insulation and the sealing system.
